How to Make  Chicken Chili  (Crock Pot)

⋆ Ingredients ⋆

- Chicken Breast - Black Beans - Kidney Beans - Onion - Jalapeno - Red & Green Bell Peppers - Diced Tomatoes - Shredded Carrots  - Frozen / Fresh Corn - Garlic - Red Enchilada Sauce - Cumin - Chili Powder - Salt & Pepper

Step 1:  ADD DICED TOMATOES TO YOUR CROCK POT.

Step 2:  ADD RED ENCHILADA SAUCE.

Step 3:  ADD THE BLACK BEANS & KIDNEY BEANS. YOU CAN REALLY USE ANY SORT OF BEAN YOU WOULD LIKE, THIS IS JUST MY FAVORITE COMBO. I ALSO LOVE PINTO BEANS TOO, BUT DIDN'T HAVE ANY ON HAND.

Step 4:  ADD THE DICED ONION, JALAPENO, AND RED & GREEN PEPPERS.

Step 5:  ADD IN YOUR FROZEN CORN. BE SURE TO READ MY POST AS TO WHY I PREFER FROZEN CORN.

Step 6:  ADD IN YOUR SEASONINGS.

Step 7:  STIR TO COMBINE.

Step 8:  ADD IN YOUR RAW CHICKEN BREASTS.

Step 9:  COOK ON HIGH IN YOUR SLOW COOKER FOR 4 HOURS.

Step 10:  SERVE IN 1 CUP SERVINGS, THIS WILL FEED 10! TOP WITH YOUR FAVORITE TOPPINGS LIKE CILANTRO, CHEESE AND SOUR CREAM.
