Easy Meal Plan Sunday Week {32} : A few comfort food meals and a quick easy healthy salad that the whole family will enjoy, plus two amazing desserts!
I honestly can’t believe it is the end of January. Where did the first month go of 2016?! I still catch myself on occasion writing 2015, I haven’t adjusted yet. The only great thing about January flying by is that it means we are only a couple of months, 10 weeks to be exact until we are in our new house. YAY! My mom has started to cry now every time we talk about it, she will have a hard time adjusting. This week she said I don’t even remember what life was like before you moved in here. Although, I know she will miss all the love, laughter and tender moments, the noise of screaming children will not. Oh and messes. But the food, that she will miss too. This week’s meal plan is fantastic, every meal my entire family would eat and that makes for a rare occasion. The Doritos dish would totally take the cake for the kids, while I am more of a salad girl myself.
With this being the first week in February I am looking forward to what this month has to offer. January was rough for us, so happy to be moving on. Cheers to parents that let you move back in while your house is being built, great food, and an amazing 2016.
