How to Make Chocolate Zucchini Cake

– Sugar – Oil – Eggs – Salt – Baking soda – Cocoa powder – Cinnamon – Baking powder – Vanilla – Flour – Milk – Shredded zucchini

Step 1: Blend together sugar, oil, and eggs. In a separate bowl combine flour, salt, baking soda, cocoa, and cinnamon and baking powder. With the mixer on medium, add flour mixture to the sugar and egg mixture. Then slowly add milk and zucchini until well combined.

Step 2: Pour into a greased half sheet pan. Bake at 350°F for 18-20 minutes. While it bakes, make the glaze.

Step 3: In a microwave safe  bowl add the butter, cover, and heat for 1 minute in the microwave. Stir in vanilla and buttermilk, then heat for 30 seconds, stir, then repeat 2 more times. Stir in cocoa and powder sugar, until well combined. Heat for 30 seconds, stir, repeat until frosting is smooth and there are no clumps.

Step 4: Pour over brownies, and spread evenly. Let frosting cool and harden. Cut and serve. Enjoy!
