How to Make Mini Breakfast Quiche

⋆ Ingredients ⋆

Crust – all-purpose flour – shortening – white sugar – egg – water Filling – egg – milk – ham or turkey – sharp cheddar cheese – salt and pepper – fresh veggies optional

⋆ Step 1 ⋆

Cut shortening into the flour using a fork or pastry blender. Then add the sugar, egg, and water.

⋆ Step 2 ⋆

Knead into a firm dough. Roll out on a floured surface and cut to fit your mini ramekins or muffin pan.

⋆ Step 3 ⋆

To make the filling, combine 1 egg and 1 tablespoon milk and whip until blended. Add fillings to your taste.

⋆ Step 4 ⋆

Pour filling into each ramekin and bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes or until baked through.
