How to Make Banana Blueberry Muffins

– 1 Whole wheat flour – Honey – Milk – Olive oil – Ripened bananas – Egg – Greek yogurt – Cinnamon – Vanilla extract – Baking soda – Salt – Flax seed – Blueberries

Step 1: In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, baking soda, cinnamon, flax seed and salt. In a small bowl, whisk together bananas, almond milk, egg, yogurt, olive oil, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir into flour mixture.

Step 2: Stir flour and yogurt mixture until well combined. Fold in about 9 ounces of the fresh blueberries.

Step 3: Divide batter evenly into 12 greased muffin tins & top with remaining blueberries, sprinkling a few onto of each muffin batter. Place in 350°F preheated oven and bake for 22-24 minutes.

Step 4: Allow muffins to cool for 5-10 minutes in muffin tin. Then remove and cool on a baking rack. Devour immediately or store in a sealed container once cooled.
