How to Make Chicken Fried Rice

Chicken Fried Rice has never been easier or tastier!  You’ll be done in 20 minutes and will want to ditch takeout after making it at home.

⋆ Ingredients ⋆

- Cooked Chicken - Teriyaki Sauce - Cooked Rice - Eggs - Frozen Peas - Baby Carrots - Yellow Onion - Garlic  - Soy Sauce - Toasted Sesame Oil - Butter -Green Onions

LET'S GET IT STARTED!

- Chop the chicken into fine, bite-sized pieces. Add to a medium mixing bowl and stir in 1/4 cup of Teriyaki sauce. – Add the three eggs, and cook until scrambled, stirring occasionally. Remove the scrambled eggs, and transfer to a separate plate/bowl.Then in a large saute pan or wok, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium-high heat.

YOU'VE GOT THIS!

-  Sauté the onions, carrots, peas and garlic about 5 minutes or until the onion and carrots are tender. – Add in the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter, and heat until melted. - Immediately add the rice and soy sauce and stir until combined.

KEEP IT COMIN'

- Add in the chicken and stir to combine, cooking for another 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. - Continue to cook for an additional 5 minutes to fry the rice, stirring occasionally.

READY TO EAT?

- Remove from heat, stir in the sesame oil, and top with the green onions.
