How to Make Easy Blueberry Muffins

– All-purpose flour – Granulated sugar – Baking powder – Sea salt – Vegetable oil – Large egg – Blueberry Greek yogurt – Milk – Fresh blueberries

Step 1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Place paper liners in a muffin pan. This recipe makes about 10 regular-sized muffins.

Step 2: In a large bowl, whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a small bowl, mix the oil, egg, and blueberry yogurt. Combine both with a fork until just mixed. Fold in blueberries.

Step 3: Scoop into muffin liners and bake at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.

Step 4: Allow to cool before transferring to a wire rack. Store for up to 3 days or enjoy immediately!
