How to Make Easy Skillet Lasagna

– no boil lasagna sheets – Italian sausage – garlic cloves – diced tomatoes – spaghetti sauce – Italian seasoning – low-fat ricotta – eggs – cream of onion soup – mozzarella – basil

Cook the ground beef and garlic until cooked through.

Add tomatoes and sauce, cook until heated through then remove from pan and set aside.

Combine eggs, ricotta, onion soup, and Italian seasoning.

Layer the sauce on the bottom of the pan, followed by a few dollops of the ricotta mixture.

Layer with more sauce, then make an even layer of noodles.

Top noodles with ricotta mixture, then sauce, noodles, then the remaining sauce.

Bring to a boil. Then reduce heat to a simmer or low; cover and simmer for 15-17 minutes or until noodles are tender.

– Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with shredded cheese; cover and let stand for 3-4 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with freshly chopped basil or parsley.
