How to Make Easy Steak Enchilada Bake

⋆ Ingredients ⋆

– Olive oil – Cubed steak – Salt and pepper – Red enchilada sauce – Sour cream – Cream of chicken – Cumin – Chili powder – Fritos corn chips – Shredded Mexican cheese blend

Step 1: Spread Fritos in an even layer in a 9x13" pan. Preheat oven to 350°F.

Step 2: Sauté diced steak and season with salt and pepper to taste. Cook to your desired doneness and drain. 

Step 3: Combine all sauce ingredients and steak and pour over the Fritos.

Step 4: Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and bake for 20-25 minutes. I like to broil for the last few minutes to make the cheese bubbly.

Serve topped with fresh cilantro, avocado, tomatoes, and lettuce. Enjoy!
