How to Make German Pancakes in the Oven

– Large eggs – Milk – Flour – Butter – Almond extract (or vanilla)

Step 1: In a blender or food processor combine eggs, flour, milk, and almond extract and blend for 1-2 minutes. Spread melted butter in a 9x13" pan and pour in batter.

Step 2: Bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and puffy.

Step 3: The pancake will fall a bit while it cools, which is totally normal! Slice and serve with your favorite pancake toppings.
