How to Make Orange Swirl Cake

– Butter – Sugar – Eggs – Sour cream – Flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Orange peel – Cocoa powder – Cinnamon – Cream cheese – Powdered sugar – Orange juice – Milk

Step 1: Cream softened butter,  sugar, and eggs in an electric mixer. Blend in sour cream. Whisk together flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Slowly add to mixer. Stir in grated orange peel.

Step 2: Mix sugar, cocoa, and cinnamon. Pour 1/3 of the batter into a greased bundt pan. Sprinkle on half the sugar mix. Cover with 1/3 batter, then remaining sugar, and batter. Use a knife to swirl.

Step 3: Bake for 50-60 minutes at 350°F, then let cool before turning out of the pan onto a wire cooling rack. Make the glaze while it cools completely.

Step 4: Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until combined, then add orange juice, then milk as needed until smooth. Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and top with orange zest.
