How to Make Ravioli Lasagna

– Italian Sausage – Onion – Garlic – Refrigerated cheese ravioli – Pasta sauce – Mozzarella cheese – Low-fat ricotta cheese

Step 1: In a large sauté pan over medium-high heat cook the sausage, onion, and garlic until cooked through. Drain the grease from the meat and add back to the pan. Pour the pasta sauce into the pan and mix together; set aside.

Step 2: Spread 1 1/4 cup meaty pasta sauce in an ungreased 13×9 baking dish.

Step 3: Layer with half the ravioli, 1 1/4 cups sauce, 1 low-fat ricotta cheese, and top with mozzarella. Add the remaining half the ravioli, 1 1/4 cups sauce, 1 low-fat ricotta cheese, and top with mozzarella.

Step 4: Add the remaining sauce and mozzarella cheese on top, place in the preheated oven and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Step 5: Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes, top with fresh basil and parmesan cheese before serving.
