How to Make Sheet Pan Pizza

⋆ Ingredients ⋆

– Active dry yeast – White sugar – Salt – Warm water – Bread flour – Olive oil – Pizza sauce

Step 1: Combine warm water,  yeast, sugar, and salt. Let stand until creamy, about 5-10 minutes. Stir together flour, olive oil, and the yeast mixture. Knead until smooth.

Step 2: Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer to a greased sheet pan and stretch dough to the edges. Bake for 10 minutes at 450°F.

Step 3: Spread sauce and desired toppings on the dough and bake another 15 minutes or until cheese has melted and the crust is a nice golden brown.

Step 4: Slice into squares and enjoy!
