How to Make Vegan Brownies

– chia seeds – oat milk – vegan butter – brown sugar – sugar – vanilla extract – cocoa powder – salt – baking powder – non-dairy chocolate chips

Combine butter and sugars, then add chia seed and oat milk mixture and vanilla extract.

Add flour, cocoa powder, salt. and baking powder. Stir in 1 cup of the chocolate chips.

Pour batter into a lined and greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350°F for 37-42 minutes. Note the brownies will look done around the edges but look a little underdone inside, they aren't!

Cool in the pan for 15-30 minutes, then remove from the pan. Let the brownies continue to rest for another 30-60 minutes before cutting.
