⋆ Ingredients ⋆

– Chicken breasts – Cashews – Flour – Salt & white pepper – Ginger – Paprika – Garlic powder – Egg – Milk – Sugar – Hoisin  – Sherry – Soy sauce – Red wine vinegar – Sriracha – Sweet chili sauce – Garlic

Place the corn flakes in a large mixing bowl and crush them with your hands. Stir in the crushed cashews.

In a medium bowl, whisk the eggs and milk. In a separate bowl, whisk the flour, salt,  garlic, white pepper, ginger, and paprika.

Coat each piece of chicken in the flour mixture. Dip in the egg mixture, then place it in the corn flakes and cashews and toss to coat.

Bake the chicken for 15 minutes or until a thermometer placed in the thickest part of the chicken cutlets reads 165°F.

Combine the sugar, hoisin, sherry wine, soy sauce, vinegar, sriracha, chili sauce, and minced garlic in a small skillet. Boil until thickened.

Using tongs, dip each piece of chicken in the sauce and turn it so it's completely coated.

Serve with rice or your choice of stir fry vegetables, along with the extra sauce. Enjoy!
