Vegan Chocolate Chip Cookie Recipe

– Brown sugar – Sugar – Canola oil – Oat milk – Vanilla extract – Salt – Flour – Baking powder – Baking soda – Dairy-free chocolate chips
Combine the sugar, oil, oat milk, and vanilla. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Stir together wet and dry ingredients until smooth dough forms.
Stir in chocolate chips. Cover tightly and chill for at least 1-3 hours. Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking sheet with parchment.
Scoop the cookie dough using a cookie dough scooper, I used a 1.5-tablespoon scoop. Place the cookie dough balls at least 1 inch apart.
Bake in the pre-heated oven for 12-13 minutes. Your cookie will have lightly brown-crispy edges with a fudgy center. Cool slightly and enjoy!
