6cupswhole milkany milk % will do
2cupshalf & half or heavy cream
1/4cupHershey's unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2cupwhite granulated sugar
10ouncebag Hershey's Sea Salt Caramel Chips
Optional Toppings

caramel and chocolate sauce
Instructions
Add milk, half and half, cocoa powder, sugar, and salted caramel chocolate chips to the slow cooker. Place lid on and turn on low and cook for 3-4 hours.
Make sure to stir every hour to make sure that the cocoa does not burn to the bottom of the crockpot.
Serve with marshmallows, whipped topping, caramel, and chocolate drizzle.
