Ruby Princess Nojito {Mocktail} is a twist on the classic Mojito. A thirst-quenching minty lime mocktail that is perfect to serve for any occasion.

- 4 8.45 ounce cans of Perrier Pink Grapefruit Sparkling Mineral Water or something similar, such as Sprite
- 4 tablespoons white granulated sugar skip if you used Sprite
- 2 limes a little more than 1/4 cup juiced
- 2 large grapefruits juiced, about 12-15 tablespoons
- 1 large lemon 1/4 cup juiced
- 1/4 cup chopped mint
- 2 cups ice
Garnish
- Grapefruit and limes wedges
- mint leaves
Chop mint leaves.
Cut all the fruit into quarters.
In a pitcher squeeze in grapefruit, lemon and lime juice. Add ice, sugar and mint leaves.
Pour in sparkling mineral water and stir to combine. I like to let it sit 10-minutes before I serve.
Top with grapefruit and lime slices.
Serve with a sprig of mint on top.
