2largeGranny Smith apples
2largePink Lady apples

1/2cupchopped walnuts
Citrus Glaze
6tablespoonshoney
3teaspoonsorange zest- I used a Tangelo
1 1/2tablespoonsorange juice
Instructions
Core apples and chop into chunks.
in a small mason jar add honey, zest and orange juice. Screw on the lid tightly and shake vigorously until combined.
Add apple chunks and walnuts into a large mixing bowl. Pour over glaze and toss to combine.
Serve immediately or cover and place in the refrigerator for 20-minutes, then serve.
