Bacon Chive Crustless Quiche
A lightened-up recipe on a brunch classic this Bacon Chive Crustless Quiche is simple, easy and delicious. Adding bacon makes everything incredible.
- 6 slices bacon cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups Bolthouse Farms Unsweetened Plant Protein Milk
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 tablespoons butter room temperature
- 1 cup Gruyere cheese
- 3-5 chives
- freshly ground pepper
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Cook bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
Spray a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray.
Whisk together eggs, milk, flour, and butter until thoroughly combined. Pour the egg mixture into the pie plate, then fold in cheese, chives, and cooked bacon. Grind fresh pepper on top of the quiche.
Bake until eggs are set, about 30 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, cut into wedges, and serve.
