Ingredients
Dressing
1largeripe mangopeeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
¼cupfresh lime juice
¼cupfresh orange juice
2tablespoonshoney
¾teaspooncumin
¾teaspoongranulated garlic
1teaspoonsalt
⅓cupextra virgin olive oil
2-3tablespoonsfinely chopped cilantro
¼teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
Pasta Salad
1lb.rotini pasta
12ouncesAidells Spicy Mango with Jalapeno Smoked Chicken Sausage
1red bell pepper
1yellow bell pepper
1orange bell pepper
1largeripe mangopeeled, pitted, and roughly chopped
8ouncesMonterey Jack Cheeseshredded

Instructions
Dressing
Add all of the ingredients to a blender and puree until well combined and smooth. Pour into a mason jar and set in the refrigerator until ready serve.
Pasta Salad
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and rinse noodles with cold water and set aside.
Cook sausages according to package directions. Sliced and quarter the sausages, allow them to completely cool.
While cooling, dice mango and peppers. Mince jalapeno pepper.
In a large bowl combine all the ingredients, add dressing and toss to combine. Serve immediately or cover and place in the fridge until ready to serve.
