Ingredients
1loaf French or Italian bread
1 1/2cupsfresh spinachcoarsely chopped
2cupschopped cooked chicken breastI used a rotisserie chicken
1/2-1teaspoonItalian seasoning
1cupmozzarella cheeseshredded
1cupalfredo sauce

1tablespoonshredded Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl add together chicken, spinach, mozzarella cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir together until combined.
Cut and remove the center of the loaf of bread. Place loaf of bread on a baking sheet and add chicken and spinach mixture from above. Cover with foil, place in the oven and bake 20 minutes.
Remove sheet from the oven. Remove foil and top the bread with 1 cup of Alfredo sauce, spreading around evenly, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dried parsley. Reduce oven to low broil, place bread back in the oven for 3-5 minutes or until cheese is hot a bubbly.
