Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken chopped, I used a rotisserie chicken
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons Old El Paso™ Enchilada Sauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoons Old El Paso™ Taco Seasoning
  • 1/2 green pepper diced
  • 1/2 red pepper diced
  • 1/3 cup green onions chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro chopped

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, mix together chopped chicken, sour cream, enchilada sauce and taco seasoning. Stir together until well combined. Add in green pepper, red pepper, green onions and cilantro; stir until incorporated.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  • Serve as a slider, sandwich, taco, wrap, tostada and/or as a dip.
