Simple Peach Pies

These Simple Peach Pies are the perfect “pie” without all the hassle. These pies are easy yet delicious. You will never think of pie the same way again.

  • 4 fresh peaches cut in half & seed removed
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1 Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust


  • 1 tablespoon butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • whipped cream or ice cream


  • Cut peaches in half and remove seed.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Cut pie crust into 8 squares.
  • Set the 8 halves center side up on prepared baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl mix together brown sugar, sugar and cinnamon.
  • Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of the sugar and cinnamon mixture over each peach half. Top sugar with ½ tablespoon of butter. Top with one of the pie crust squares. Depending on the size of our peach you may need to cut down the dough a bit, you just want it to slightly hang over the top of the peach.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and top each of the pie with melted butter and sprinkle sugar on top. Place back in oven and bake for another 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven store at room temp until ready to serve or serve immediately with whipped cream or ice cream.
  • I love them hot, but they are fantastic at room temperature as well. Enjoy!
