Ingredients
1/2cupbuttersoftened
2cupsbrownie mixI prefer Triple Chocolate brownie mix, with the chocolate chunks!
3/4cupAll-purpose flour
1/2teaspoonvanilla extract
2tablespoonsmilk
melting chocolateoptional
sprinklesoptional
Instructions
In a medium-sized bowl, whisk together brownie mix and flour. Beat in butter, vanilla extract, and milk until it starts to come together and smooth. Cover and set the batter in the fridge for at least 10 minutes.
Scoop the chilled dough by the tablespoon and place the balls on a parchment lined sheet tray. I use a small cookie scoop to make this easier!
If the brownie bitters are very sticky, place in the refrigerator to chill for another 10 minutes. Otherwise, you can serve or decorate with chocolate drizzle and sprinkles.
Melt the chocolate (if using) according to package directions. You can either roll the balls in chocolate to completely coat them, just dip the top in and top with sprinkles, or use a spoon to drizzle it over each bite. To quickly set the chocolate, chill in the fridge for another 10 minutes.
Store in fridge for up to a week or serve once the chocolate is set. Enjoy!
