Made with fun & playful Dino Buddies, potatoes, and fresh veggies, this is something that the kids can put together and bake in the oven, and you'll have dinner completed and made by the kids.
Author: Sandra

  • 20 Yummy Dino Buddies
  • 24 ounces petite medley gourmet potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt & pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
  • carrot chips
  • broccoli florets

  • Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
  • Rinse off 24 ounces of petite medley gourmet potatoes.
Cut the petite potatoes in half and toss in 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with salt & pepper and 1 teaspoon of dried rosemary.
Toss to coat potatoes evenly and place on a sheet pan.
  • Place in a preheated oven for 15 minutes.
  • Remove sheet pan from oven, turn potatoes and place on half of the sheet pan.
Add 20 Yummy Dino Buddies to the other half of the pan.
  • Place back in the oven and bake 12-15 minutes, be sure to turn the nuggets halfway through.
Remove from the oven and place the potatoes and the nuggets on a tray or large platter.
  • On another plater have carrot chips or sticks along with broccoli florets.
Give each kid their own plate and have them create their own jungle, I give the kids a little bowl to add their favorite dipping to plus this is a great place to have the Pterodactyls to hang out.
