Ingredients

Triple Berry Dip

  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 8 ounces raspberry Greek yogurt
  • 6 large strawberries stems removed
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup powder sugar

Fruit Kabobs

  • cocktail stirrers as the kabob piece
  • watermelon
  • cantaloupe
  • pineapple
  • grapes

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients into a food processor or blender. Blend on high for 30-40 seconds until smooth and creamy. Pour into a serving dish and Ziploc container and refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
  • If you are making this dip with kabobs, serve in individual containers. I picked some up at Walmart, 2 ounce mini cups with lids.
  • To make the kabobs, use the cocktail stirrers and slide each piece of cut up fruit onto the “kabob”. You can use any fruit you want, what we use is listed above. Two pieces of watermelon, two pieces of cantaloupe, one piece of pineapple and two grapes.
  • Place dip and kabob in plastic bag and seal with a ribbon, like pictured.
  • Place kabobs in cooler with ice in addition to your favorite POWERADE® & you become the #sidelinehero.
