Buffalo Chicken Fries

Buffalo Chicken Fries are like a buffalo chicken wing, but in a single bite- gooey cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, topped with blue cheese and green onions.

  • 15 ounce bag Alexia Sweet Potato Fries
  • 1 bunch green onions diced
  • 1 cup diced chicken I used rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce I used mild
  • 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles
  • 1 1/4 cup Monterey Jack cheese

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Arrange fries on a large baking sheet.
  • In a small bowl, add 1/4 cup of buffalo wing sauce to the diced chicken and mix together.
  • Bake fries according to package directions.
  • Remove from oven, but leave the oven on. Top with Monterey Jack cheese, buffalo chicken, and drizzle remaining buffalo sauce over the fries. Sprinkle on blue cheese.
  • Place back in the oven and bake until all the cheese has melted, 5-7 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and top with green onions. Change oven to low broil, and place pan in oven for 3 minutes. Remove pan from oven and place on a serving platter and serve. Have additional sauce and blue cheese on the side.
