1cupMake ‘n Mold Candy Waferswhite
1Wilton Decorating GelKelly Green

12large whole strawberries
Instructions
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, set aside.
Melt white candy wafers per package directions. Hold the strawberry by its stem and dip into the white chocolate, lift & slightly twist the strawberry, letting any excess chocolate drip back into the bowl. Set on parchment paper, and repeat with the remaining chocolate & strawberries. Let the strawberries rest for 10 minutes, allowing the chocolate to completely harden & set.
Once the chocolate has hardened, make the carrot by using the Wilton Decorating Gel orange by making a V then simply fill it in.
Once you have completed the carrots, then make the stems by making a little W above the carrot.
Sometimes the gel may still be wet, so be careful not to smear.
Let the strawberries rest for 30 minutes, allowing the chocolate and gel to completely harden & set.
Now they are ready to serve. Store in the refrigerator so that the strawberries stay fresh.
