  • 1 box yellow cake mix + ingredients on back of box

Cinnamon Streusel Topping

  • 1 cup cold salted butter
  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla
  • optional powdered sugar dusting


  • Spray a 9x13” cake pan with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Prepare cake mix according to package directions. 
    Bake in oven for 15-20 minutes until center is just barely set.
  • Meanwhile make your topping, in a large bowl add all your ingredients and with a hand mixer. Mix together until combined and small crumbs form.
  • Remove cake from oven and sprinkle on the topping.
    Place back in the oven and continue baking for 10-15 minutes until browned
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
    Cut and serve each slice with a dusting of powdered sugar.
