4eggs
1cupcanola oil
2cupssugar
1 3/4cupcooked & mashed sweet potatoesequal to about 2 sweet potatoes
2cupsflour
2teaspoonsbaking powder
1teaspoonbaking soda
2teaspoonscinnamon
1/2teaspoonginger
1/2teaspooncloves
1/2teaspoonnutmeg

1/2cupunsalted buttersoftened
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
4cupspowdered sugar
1teaspoonmaple extract
4tablespoonspure maple syrup
1teaspooncinnamon
Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix eggs, oil, sugar, and mashed sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Sift remaining ingredients and add to the sweet potato mixture. Mix well and pour into greased jelly roll pan,
Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool before you frost them.
Note: You may use a 9x13 pan and bake for 25-30 minutes, insert tooth pick to make sure it is done.
Maple Cinnamon Cream Cheese Frosting
In a large bowl, beat together the butter and cream cheese with an electric mixer. With the mixer on low speed, add the powdered sugar a cup at a time, add maple syrup, extract and cinnamon and beat until smooth and creamy.
Spread frosting on cooled bars, then slice and serve!
