Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup fresh blueberries
  • 3/4 cup kale
  • 1/2 banana or whole banana
  • 3 tablespoons Greek yogurt we use strawberry honey or honey flavored
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice optional (we don’t do this)

Instructions

  • Add milk, blueberries, kale, banana and Greek yogurt and crushed ice to a blender; blend at high speed.
  • Pour into a tall glass. Drink up and enjoy! This makes one serving for an adult, or two servings for small kiddos.
