Instructions
Rolls
Place ingredients as listed above in order into a bread machine. Set for dough cycle.
After complete on dough cycle, remove from machine and roll out to a rectangle about 17x10 inches.
Filling
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare a 9x13 baking pan by greasing.
Cut peaches in half, remove pits, and slice into 1/8 inch slices. In a medium pan, melt butter, add peaches and brown sugar cook for 3-5 minutes until tender. Do not overcook. Remove from heat and set aside.
Melt white chocolate in the microwave for 1 minute, remove and stir until completely melted. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth, if your chocolate starts to harden reheat in the microwave with the cream cheese for 20-30 seconds. Whip until smooth. Spread in a thin layer and evenly on the dough.
Add peach slices on top of cream cheese white chocolate mixture. Don’t over lap and spread out over the entire dough, don’t worry not all of the dough will be covered.
Roll the dough tightly from long end, pinching edges closed when completely rolled. Slice dough into 12 rolls, about 3/4-1 inch thick slices. Place into greased 9×13, let rise until doubled.
Bake for 20-22 minutes, then let cool for a few minutes before adding glaze.
Glaze
Mix butter, powdered sugar, and almond extract. Add hot water 1 tablespoon at a time until the glaze reaches desired consistency. Drizzle over sweet rolls.
Serve immediately or cover and set aside for later, add glaze just before serving.
