Ingredients
Peanut Butter Pie
1/2cuppeanut butter
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cuppowdered sugar
16ouncesCool Whip
2packages of chocolate graham crackers
1/2cupmargarine
1/3cupsugar
Whipped Topping
1cupwhipping cream
1teaspoonclear vanilla extract
3tablespoonspowdered sugar
5Reese’s Peanut Butter Cupschopped
Instructions
Peanut Butter Pie
In a food processor, process the chocolate graham crackers until they resemble crumbs. Melt 1/2 margarine or butter in the microwave. Mix in sugar and graham cracker crumbs into margarine and press into the bottom of your pie pan. (Save the leftovers to use as a topping.) Set aside.
Combine the remaining pie ingredients together until well combined. Place in refrigerator for about 1 hour and serve.
Whipped Topping
Using an electric mixer beat whipping cream, clear vanilla extract, and powdered sugar until it forms stiff peaks. Serve as a garnish along with chopped Reese’s peanut butter cups.
