Ingredients
1/2cupbutter
3/4cupflour
4cupsmilk
1poundSwiss cheeseshredded
1poundCheddar cheeseshredded
2teaspoonsWorcestershire sauce
2tablespoonslemon juice
1teaspoongarlic powder
salt and pepperto taste
Instructions
In a large saucepan or fondue pot blend butter, flour, and milk to make white sauce.
Once the white sauce is made add the Swiss and Cheddar cheese melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and salt and pepper to taste right before you serve.
Keep warm over low heat or in a fondue platter. Great to serve with vegetables and sourdough or French bread.
