  • 2 10 ounce Sockeye Salmon filets
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup Signature Selection Island Teriyaki Sauce

Teriyaki Drizzle

  • 1/2 cup Signature Selection Island Teriyaki Sauce

  • Preheat your grill to 375°F.
  • Season fish lightly with salt and pepper and add to Ziploc bag. Add your choice of marinade. I went with Safeway's Signature Selection Island Teryaki Sauce. It is fantastic! Set in the refrigerator and let it marinate up to an hour.
  • On a sheet pan, add 2-3 layers of foil. Make sure each foil sheet is long enough to wrap up your fish. I cook to filets side by side in the same piece of foil.
  • Seal the foil "packet", set on the preheated grill and grill for about 13-18 minutes.
Check your salmon 10 minutes into grilling, as each grill varies in temperature and you want to make sure not to overcook your fish!

Teriyaki Drizzle

  • To add a glaze on your fish after it is done cooking, add 1/2 cup of the teriyaki sauce to a small sauce pan and cook on medium/high on the stove top until it starts to thicken - about 8-12 minutes. Stir often to make sure it isn't burning to the bottom of the pan.
