Ingredients
1cupsalted butter
3/4cupsugar
1cupbrown sugar
2eggs
1tablespoonvanilla extract
3cupsflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
2teaspoonssalt
3cupsM&Ms
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cream together butter, sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract.
Combine flour, baking soda, and salt into a medium mixing bowl and stir 3 times to combine, then slowly beat into the butter & sugar mixture. Once combined, stir in M&M's.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Scoop cookie dough into tablespoon sized balls on the baking sheet.
Place in oven and bake 11-12 minutes or until a light golden brown.
Notes
The cookies will keep in an airtight container for up to a week at room temperature. Or, you can freeze them for up to a month.
