Ingredients

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1/4 cup Chick-Fil-A sauce
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Smoked paprika and fresh chives for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare your hard-boiled eggs in whichever method you prefer. I like using my stovetop but you can also use your air fryer or instant pot. Let eggs completely cool.
  • Gently peel off the shell, keeping the egg whites intact. Then slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolk and place it in a small mixing bowl.
  • Using a fork or pastry blender smash the egg yolks into a fine crumble. Then add the Chick-Fil-A sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, to taste; mix until smooth.
  • Right before you serve fill each egg white half with the Chick-Fil-A yolk mixture by spooning it in with a spoon or a piping bag.
  • Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh chives.
