1/4cupChick-Fil-A sauce
1teaspoonwhite vinegar
1teaspoonyellow mustard
1/8teaspoonsalt
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Smoked paprika and fresh chives for garnish
Instructions
Prepare your hard-boiled eggs in whichever method you prefer. I like using my stovetop but you can also use your air fryer or instant pot. Let eggs completely cool.
Gently peel off the shell, keeping the egg whites intact. Then slice each egg in half, lengthwise. Remove the egg yolk and place it in a small mixing bowl.
Using a fork or pastry blender smash the egg yolks into a fine crumble. Then add the Chick-Fil-A sauce, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper, to taste; mix until smooth.
Right before you serve fill each egg white half with the Chick-Fil-A yolk mixture by spooning it in with a spoon or a piping bag.
Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika and fresh chives.
