This Broccoli Salad is one of my favorites! This simple recipe is made with bacon, cranberries, cheddar cheese, and a homemade dressing.

Ingredients
8slicesbacon
1 1/2 cupssharp cheddar cheese
1/2cupdiced red onion
7cupsfresh broccoli
1cupnon-fat plain Greek yogurt
1/4cupred wine vinegar
1/8cupsugar
2teaspoonsground pepper
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonlemon juice
1/2cupdried cranberries
Instructions
Place your bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook it for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown, then transfer it onto absorbent paper towels. Give the strips some time to cool before you crumble them.
Combined crumbled bacon, broccoli, cheese, onion, and dried cranberries into a large mixing bowl.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, red wine vinegar, sugar, pepper, salt, and, lemon juice; pour over the salad and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
