How To Make White Chocolate Christmas Cookie Fudge

INGREDIENTS

White Chocolate Chips Sweetened Condensed Milk Heavy Cream Christmas Cookies You can also add sprinkles!

In a large microwavable mixing bowl add 22 ounces of white chocolate chips, 14 ounces of sweetened condensed milk & 2 1/2 tablespoon of heavy cream.

Heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. 

Once heated remove and stir together until smooth and no chunks left. 

Stir together until smooth and then add in 1/2 cups of crushed Christmas cookies.  I used frosted Animal Cookies with Christmas sprinkles. 

Add white chocolate fudge into 8x8 or 9x9 pan lined with parchement paper.  Smooth out the fudge and top with crushed Christmas cookies. 

Chill for 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, uncovered.  Remove from pan and cut into 20 pieces. 

Immediately serve. Or place fudge in an airtight, sealed container for 2 weeks.  Or in teh refrigerator for 3 weeks.
