How to make White Chocolate Fudge With Christmas Cookies
Making this recipe for White Chocolate Fudge with Christmas Cookies is simple. Only 5 minutes to prep and a couple hours to chill, you will love this White Chocolate Fudge recipe, so let’s get started.
Prepare your pan: Grab an 8×8 or 9×9 pan and line it with parchment paper. If you want to be extra sure it sticks, give the pan a quick spray with cooking spray. Or, if you prefer, you can use tin foil sprayed with cooking oil for easy removal.
Chop Christmas Cookies: Give your cookies a rough chop, but don’t get too carried away. Keep some bigger chunks for that satisfying crunch. Use around 3/4 to 1/2 cup for mixing in, and save 1/4 cup for sprinkling on top.
Make the White Chocolate Fudge: In a microwave-safe mixing bowl, add white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and heavy cream. Give it a good stir and pop it in the microwave for 90 seconds. Take it out right away and mix it vigorously until it’s nice and smooth.
Make your fudge: Pour the white chocolate fudge into the pan we prepared. Mix in 1/2 cup of the Christmas Cookies, then sprinkle the rest.
Chill your fudge: Chill the fudge uncovered in the fridge for 2-4 hours until set. Cut into pieces and serve or store in an airtight container.
