Ingredients
Pork
3poundsboneless pork tenderloin
1 1/2teaspoonground sage
3/4teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonpepper
1/2teaspoongranulated garlic
3/4cupwater
Glaze
3/4cupbrown sugar
2tablespooncornstarch
6tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
3/4cupjuices from slow cooker
3tablespoonssoy sauce
Instructions
Combine sage, salt, pepper, and garlic. Rub over roast. Place in a slow cooker with 3/4 cup water. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
About 1 hour before roast is done, combine ingredients for glaze in a small saucepan. Heat and stir until mixture thickens. Brush roast with glaze 2 or 3 times during the last hour of cooking. Serve with remaining glaze on the side.
