Instructions
Grease your slow cooker generously with cooking oil. Set aside.
If you are going to make your own hot fudge (which I strongly suggest as it only takes 10 minutes and is SO MUCH tastier) prepare hot fudge sauce. Click here for directions.
In a large mixing bowl add brownie mix, oil, 1/4 cup water, and eggs until well combined
Pour batter into the slow cooker.
Whisk together 12 ounces of hot fudge sauce and 3/4 cup hot water until smooth. Pour over the brownie batter in the slow cooker. Top slow cooker with lid and cook on high for 2 1/2 to 3 hours or until the edges are cooked.
Hayley mentions the center will be gooey and that is how it should be. Trust me, you want the center gooey it is oh, so good.
Serve immediately, top with ice cream and additional hot fudge if you desire.
