Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together flour, salt, and baking soda in a medium bowl and then set aside.
Using an electric mixer, such as a KitchenAid, cream the butter and sugars until they become light and fluffy.
Add vanilla extract, lemon extract, lemon zest, and eggs.
Add the flour mixture to the batter and mix until well combined.
Stir in white chocolate chips.
Using a cookie scoop, portion the dough into golf ball-sized balls and place them onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 10 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.
