St. Louis Veggie Dip

This St. Louis Veggie Dip is the best veggie dip I have ever had. Sorry ranch, move on over! So easy to prepare and delicious with veggies or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup green pepper diced
  • 1/2 onion finely diced
  • 1/4 cup pimento
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Tabasco or Cholua sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic

Instructions

  • In a medium sized mixing bowl combine all ingredient and stir together until well combined.
  • Cover and place in refrigerator. It gets the best flavor if you let this sit for a day! Trust me so worth the wait! At the very least let it sit for a few hours. Enjoy!
