Ingredients
3eggs
1 1/2cupspacked brown sugar
1cupwhite sugar
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1tablespoonhoney
2teaspoonsbaking soda
1/2cupbuttersoftened
1/2cupcocoa powder
1 1/2cupspeanut butter
4 1/2cupsrolled oats
7.6ouncesReeses Minis Unwrappedcut in half
1 1/2cupssemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl with an electric mixer, beat the eggs.
Add the remaining ingredients in order, mixing well after each addition. Add the Reeses Minis and chocolate chips last and stir on low until just combined.
Use a cookie dough scoop to place on the baking sheet, leaving 2" in between each.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, I like them at 12 minutes and 30 seconds. Let cool for 5 minutes before moving to a cooling rack. Enjoy!
