14ouncessweetened condensed milk
11ouncescaramel candiesunwrapped
4tablespoonsHeavy Whipping Creamdivided
1/4teaspooncoarse sea salttopping
Instructions
Line an 8x8 or 9x9 pan with parchment paper. Spray the pan with cooking spray to help the parchment paper stick. For easy removal, you can also use tin foil sprayed with cooking oil.
Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream in a medium microwavable mixing bowl. Place in the microwave, and heat for 90 seconds. Immediately remove and beat together until smooth.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, toss in the unwrapped caramels and 1 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until the caramels are melted and smooth—it should take about 75-90 seconds.
Pour about 3/4 of your fudge into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the fudge, then pour the rest of the chocolate on top. Grab a butter knife and swirl it around to get that awesome marble effect—just don’t mix the caramel into the chocolate!
Chill the fudge in the fridge for 2-4 hours until set.
