This microwave fudge recipe is super easy, but here are a few tips! Melt the chocolate slowly—it keeps melting even out of the microwave. After the first 90 seconds, stir well. If needed, heat for another 15 seconds, but that’s usually enough. To get that perfect chocolate and caramel swirl, grab a spatula, spray it with a little cooking spray, and smooth it out. And don’t forget the heavy cream—it’s a must!

- 11 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 11 ounces dark chocolate chips

- 11 ounces of caramel candies unwrapped
- 4 tablespoons Heavy Whipping Cream divided

How to make chocolate Caramel fudge
Line an 8×8 or 9×9 pan with parchment paper. Spray the pan with cooking spray to help the parchment paper stick. You can also use tin foil sprayed with cooking oil for easy removal.
Add chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and 2 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream in a medium microwavable mixing bowl—place in the microwave, and heat for 90 seconds. Immediately remove and beat together until smooth.
In a small microwave-safe bowl, toss in the unwrapped caramels and 1 1/2 tablespoons of heavy cream. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring each time, until the caramels are melted and smooth—it should take about 75-90 seconds.
Pour about 3/4 of your fudge into the prepared pan. Drop spoonfuls of caramel over the fudge, then pour the rest of the chocolate on top.
Grab a butter knife and swirl it around to get that awesome marble effect—just don’t mix the caramel into the chocolate!
Chill the fudge in the fridge for 2-4 hours until set.
