Preheat oven to 225 degrees.
Line the baking sheet with parchment paper. Lay chocolate in a single layer on the parchment paper.
I break up the chocolate to mix the flavors and allow for easy swirling. You can do this however you would like.
Place in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. Checking on the chocolate every five minutes or so. Chocolates take various times to melt, dark chocolate being the longest.
Once the chocolate is almost completely melted, take the baking sheet out of the oven.
Immediately swirl the chocolate using the end of a butter knife or small cereal spoon. Some chocolate holds its shape when fully melted, it still needs to be swirled to break down completely.
*Don't wait for the chocolate to look smooth in the oven - that can cause overheating and burning. Once you remove it from the oven, the residual heat will finish the melting process.
Top with crushed candy canes, mini candy canes, Christmas sprinkles, and any other Christmas candy or cookies you want to add to the bark.
Stick in the fridge and allow the candy to harden. Break up the chocolate and store it in an airtight container in the fridge.
