The Mexican Sour Cream Dip is irresistible. Creamy, cheesy and made with sour cream, Rotel, taco seasoning, and cheddar cheese.

- 1 can Rotel with chiles
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package taco seasoning
Add all of the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir until well combined.
Serve immediately or store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use.
Add garnishes if desired: cilantro, tomatoes, onion, avocado, lettuce or jalapenos.
